Abstract
MAFa is a pre-manufactured, multifunctional panellised façade, which incorporates ventilation with heat recovery, Passivehouse-windows and photovoltaics. Hereby the Passivhouse-standard can be met by retrofitting and the construction time can be reduced to 1-2 days per living-unit. Technological innovation is the smart supply of the ventilation system by photovol-taic-modules and compensating battery with an energy-management-system. Specific chal-lange is the demonstration within social housing and the enormous multiplication factor.
