Abstract
The aim of this feasibility study is to i) Review the switch from temporary to permanent inventory and ii) the verification of the use of remote sensing data methods for supporting the Forest Management Plan (Taxation; inventory sampling) at the Austrian Federal Forests. In addition to the supply of relevant data for the enterprise also limitations of the available data and methods should be demonstrated.
