WestC - Analysis of Transport Measures to improve the Viennese West Corridor

Based on existing studies and available data bases (traffic and passenger traffic counts, traffic model Vienna) potential transport measures were analysed and evaluated for improving the transport situation of the Viennes West Corridor considering a mulit-modal approach. Short-, medium- and long-term measures of different kind of modes (bus, train, subway, bicycle, etc.) were included. The results serve as basis for a further detailed assessment of transport measures in this area.
