Abstract
Extension services and agricultural policies often do not explicitly address the diversity and dynamics of farmers’ perspectives on climate change and adaptation. We aim at establishing a methodology to empirically define and verify farmer types in Austria. We incorporate needs of stakeholders and scientists to provide valuable information for interventions that address the currently perceived adaptation lack of timely adaptation.
