Potentials for open space photovoltaics in settlement-related open spaces using the example of the municipalities Straden and Trofaiach
Abstract
The aim of the research project is to develop a potential analysis of settlement-related open spaces for the possible installation of photovoltaics in the municipalities of Straden and Trofaiach. This is done from the perspective of the field of landscape architecture on a spatial-creative level in the context of creative, use-related, ecological and energetic criteria. In the interaction of the mentioned factors, a spatially qualitative integration of photovoltaics in settlement-related open spaces is aimed at. The focus of the aforementioned study is on design issues and solution approaches for the establishment of photovoltaics in communities within rural areas. The focus of the study is on the interaction of buildings and open spaces in the settlement area as well as on the perspectives and possibilities offered by infrastructures, commerce, industry, sports, leisure, mining areas, etc. The study is based on the results of the study.
