MixMatters - Smart and flexible Separation and Valorisation of mixed bio-waste from along the agri-food food value chain.

The general objective of the project is to demonstrate a mobile, modular, multi-purpose and smart processing system able to process a wide range of agri-food waste streams that include non-bio-based impurities (such as plastics, minerals, or metals) from a range of agri-food sectors into several secondary bio-waste streams, to be valorised into high-value bio-based products, designed via co-creation process with product developers and final users.
