Abstract
“How does the wine taste?” – the course offers participants scientifically sound knowledge of the oenological basics (wine chemistry, production) of wine sensory analysis. Knowledge of these basics and sensory factors of aroma perception enables the recognition and understanding of flavor-forming aromas in the sensory profile of wines. The knowledge from the theoretical basics are applied in the integrated tasting unit.
