mobiSwitch: Fact- and behavior-based mobility management for companies

mobiSwitch is an end-to-end digital, automated, do-it-yourself tool for corporate mobility management. It captures organization-specific mobility needs and behavioral data, supports evidence-based analysis and interpretation, and provides behavior-oriented solutions that enable companies to autonomously organize and govern their mobility in an environmentally sustainable and effective manner. mobiSwitch can be easily integrated into any enterprise ERP or MaaS platform, offers a holistic view of corporate mobility, and delivers key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for reporting and monitoring. With this project, we aim to develop and test an initial functional prototype that comprises all core modules of an analytics and planning tool for corporate mobility management. These include: data acquisition on mobility behavior and data processing; a firm-specific behavioral and impact model; a catalog of measures with associated impact assessment; and an interactive results interface for visualizing intervention effects and reporting key metrics (time, cost, CO2). In addition, the prototype will be integrable into any MaaS platform via a code snippet or similar mechanism.
