Sustainability potentials of regenerative plant production systems
Abstract
The sustainable transformation of agricultural production systems requires innovative approaches that simultaneously enhance productivity, resource-use efficiency, and ecosystem services. Regenerative cropping systems are increasingly recognized as a promising strategy to improve soil fertility, biodiversity, and climate-related ecosystem functions over the long term. The aim of this project is to comprehensively assess the sustainability potential of regenerative management practices across different agroecosystems.
