Abstract
Shallow mixed layers are important characteristics for air pollution transport. With the BOKU Mini-Sodar high resolution measurements are done during a field phase of the Northern Front Range Study of NOAA/ETL in Colorado north of Boulder. The high resolution data are linked with profiler data and interpreted for high pollution episodes during drainage conditions.
