Physically based equations of state for pure and mixed fluids.

Abstract
Thermodynamic equations of state are developed on the basis of intermolecular interactions. The Helmholtz energy is written as a sum of contributions from characteristic interactions. For each contribution mixing rules have to be developed. The development is supported by molecular simulations.
