Development of conjugate vaccines with S-layers. (S7206-MOB)
Abstract
Crystalline cell surface layers (S-layers) possess a broad application potential in biotechnology and medicine. The goal of the project is to assess the applicability of native and cross-linked S-layers as carrier and adjuvants for the development of conjugate vaccines.
