Abstract
In this report, research has been done to the Quality System KKM (Chain Quality Milk) that was obligated for all Dutch farms producing milk since its introduction on the 1st of January 2000. The main objective was: ¿to find out what the meaning is of the quality system KKM, that applies to the Dutch primary production, compared to the ISO 9000 norms¿. Further objectives were: how is the system built up? Which differences are there between the systems? What are the pros and cons? And which quality system suits the best to fulfill the customers¿ demands?
