LIFE+ Habitats in the mouth of the river Traisen - preproject

The lower section of the Traisen river flows through the NATURA2000 area "Tullnerfelder Donauauen". Regulation measures threaten here on a long-term persepective the maintenance of the existing habitats and species. The LIFE+ project "Habitats in the mouth of the river Traisen" aims at incresing the extension of the relevant habitats and species and at establishing sustainable conditions along the lower section of the Traisen. During the preproject all necessary documents for the subsequent design of the planing project will be identified and compiled.
