Abstract

This monitoring project assesses the total number of national park visitors and their temporal-spatial distribution as basis for the planning and quality assessment of the national park offers and recreational infrastructures, management of conflicts between recreation and nature conservation, visitor management and documentation of visitor trends. This project identifies visitor types and their perception of nature and national park offers and their degree of satisfaction.
