EISENSTADT - Survey of the subjective and objective transport situation in Eisenstadt
- Wasser - Atmosphäre - Umwelt
- Lebensraum und Landschaft
- Nachwachsende Rohstoffe und neue Technologien
Abstract
The reason for the survey is the City Development Plan "Eisenstadt 2030" (STEP), which is developed in the next two years. This survey has two objectives: (1) Detection of the opinions, wishes and ideas from the perspective of the affected road users and residents. This should allow that traffic-related topics are added to participation activities that are provided as part of the STEP. The top priority is to give all interested parties an opportunity to share their concerns. This will be achieved through a broad announcement through several channels and low hurdles for the participants. (2) Representative survey of mobility behavior and the transport policy attitude of those groups which are relevant for the transport sector in Eisenstadt. A limited sample is enough, more important than a large number is a representative drawing of the sample (random sample) and a high response rate of the drawn people. Both surveys are to be conducted so that the results obtained can be incorporated into the ongoing planning (GVK and STEP) both time and content.
