Research Focus
I am a scientific coordinator of GLORIA (Global Observation Research Initiative in Alpine Environments; www.gloria.ac.at), a world-wide monitoring network investigating the consequences of climate change on high-mountain ecosystems and plant species diversity and composition. My research focuses on population dynamics of plants and biodiversity from the genetic, functional and species level to the ecosystem level.
