Abstract:: This thesis deals with the process development of the regional milk brand "Reine Lungau". "Reine Lungau" is a project of the SalzburgMilch in which in the biosphere region Lungau a fodder self-sufficient milk is produced. The thesis deals with the interplay of the individual players who are important for the genesis as well as the hurdles and difficulties that arose during the project's development. Due to its complexity the process of creation has been divided into an agricultural and an organizational subarea. In order to present the process correctly the meetings of the actors were documented and also incorporated into the work.
