Research Focus

Kombinierte Aspekte der Nanophotonik und Materialforschung, angewandt in optischen Sensoren, Biosensoren und Lichtmanagement in optischen Dünnschichtgeräten. Nahfeld- und geführte Wellenoptik, Plasmonik, Bioschnittstellen, Verstärkungsstrategien in der optischen Spektroskopie, biomolekulare Interaktionsanalyse. Analytische Technologien für die schnelle und empfindliche Erkennung chemischer und biologischer Spezies, die für die medizinische Diagnostik und Lebensmittelkontrolle relevant sind.
