Research Focus
Food chemistry, food analysis and food safety, protein extraction/purification/characterisation, production of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for use in ELISA and LFD for the detection of food allergens, characterisation of antibodies against food allergens, ELISA/LFD development for the quantification of food allergens in foods, development of mass spectrometric methods for the qualification and quantification of food allergens in foods.
