Water Supply Benchmarking

see: www.trinkwasserbenchmarking.at Every four years, the Austrian Gas and Water Association (ÖVGW) offers a voluntary benchmarking survey for water suppliers. All data are gathered and processed by institutes of BOKU University Vienna and Technical University Graz only and are treated strictly confidential. The current ÖVGW Benchmarking 2016 is the fifth utility-benchmarking survey in Austria and as always the aim is to compare utilities based on standard methods in order to provide individual management information for all participating water suppliers.
