Forests as part of biologically growing inventories.

The implementation of the European System of National Accounts will necessitate the valuation of the forest increment as a measure of forestry production. In this study, several methodological approaches for how to handle this task are developed and discussed. For the period from 1988 till 1996 the resulting figures vary between some 5.3 and 11.7 billion ATS at current prices.
