In the south-west of Uganda (Kisoro, Kabale, Rukungiri and Ntungamo Districts) 21 small towns have to be visited, which are preselected by the government of Uganda. Data should to be collected for a general planning of watersupply and sanitation projects. Priority ranking using 'multi criteria decision support' and budget costs involved should be worked out.
