Konjugierte Impfstoffe auf der Basis von S-Schichten. (S7206-MOB)
Abstract
Kristalline Bakterienzellwandoberflächenschichten (S-Schichten) besitzen ein breites Anwendungspotential in Biotechnologie und Medizin. Im Rahmen des Projekts soll die Eignung von nativen und Glutaraldehyd-vernetzten S-Schichten als Träger und Adjuvans für die Herstellung von Konjugatimpfstoffen untersucht werden. Weiters ist die immunologische Charakterisierung der Immunantworten der jeweiligen Konjugate geplant.
