Abstract
In a first step of the project die changes in the management of floods since the project FloodRiskI are described. Then, the necessary themes are defined for FloodRisk II and a concept is developed for FloodRisk II. Another aim of a linked project is the documentation and analysis of the extreme floods in August 2005 in Austria.
