Abstract
Within the INTERREG IIIB Project CLIMCHALP (Climate Change, Impacts and Adaptation Strategies in the Alpine Space) in cooperation with Umweltbundesamt possibilities of adapting land uses to the impacts of climate change are identified given the example of the two municipalities in the Lavanttal (Carinthis) The following reasearch parts are provided: - Analysis of the status quo of land uses and natural hazards - Development of scenarios of future land uses not regarding natural hazards resulting from climate change - Vulnerability assessment of present and future land uses Development and evaluation of adaptation strategies
