Evaluation of the National Forest Program Process - Module 1

Major tasks of this project are: 1) to analyse and evaluate the process qualities of the Austrian Forest Dialogue, e.g. as regards its participatory approach, inter-sectoral co-ordination, multi-level co-ordination and the integration of expertise. The period under study is 2003-2009. 2) To analyse and evaluate the significance of the dialogue process and its effects for its addressees (participation organizations as well as non-participants). The evaluation is accompanied by a “Support Group”, comprising actors of the Forest Dialogue and aims to provide a sound basis for further develop the dialogue process.
