Abstract

Der Tatra-Nationalpark ist bestrebt, ein umfangreiches Besuchermonitoringprogramm einzurichten. Die Tatra ist gekennzeichnet durch saisolnal extrem hohe Besucherdichten mit entsprechendem Managementbedarf. Das Institut berät die Nationalparkverwaltung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung und bei der Konzeption und Auswertung einzelner Montoringschritte (GPS-Tracking, Besucherzählung, Befragungstechniken).
