Abstract
Ersatz von konventionellen Komplexbildnern in der Zellstoffindustrie: It is the main aim of the project to replace the conventionally used complexing agents (mainly EDTA and DTPA) by alternatives that are covalently linked to the fiber and remain with the pulp through processing. For this purpose, new, linkable complexing agents have to be developed, their binding to cellulose and their complexation behaviour is to be studied as well as the properties of the modified pulp side stream and the properties of the resulting bulk pulp.
