DraussenDaheim - Promoting climate-neutral mobility through digitally supported scenarios of gender-just urban public open spaces
Abstract
The aim of the project "DraussenDaheim - Promoting climate-neutral mobility through digitally supported scenarios of gender-just urban public open spaces" is to develop a method for the simulation-based evaluation of different planning scenarios of urban open spaces with a focus on gender-relevant groups. In particular, the question of when the green and open spaces are (should be) available to whom and with what time and economic effort they are (should be) accessible to whom is examined. The point is that space-time (policy) should be an explicit component of urban and spatial planning and its implementation in practice will be investigated. The time management concept of urban open spaces is to be developed by means of analyses, gender-appropriate visualisations and a simulation-based evaluation together with gender-relevant groups.
