Abstract
The following questionings will be addressed to in the research project: Determination of the long-term variability of the biologically relevant UV-radiation, the contribution of the different influencing parameters (ozone, clouds, albedo, aerosols) to UV-variability, exploration and evaluation of methods suitable to estimate UV-radiation in the past and the future, investigation of the long-term effects of increased biologically relevant UV-radiation on humans and the ecosystem in general in Austria
