Feasability study weir regulation Mondseeklause
Abstract
The aim of the feasibility study is to optimize the weir regulations. This raises the important question as to which objectives the outflow or the sea water level should be optimized. The following aspects were mentioned in the tender text. They form the basis of the performance list and the position description: - Taking up the suggestions and investigations concerning the observance of the regulations of the Mondseeklauswehr of April 1994 by Dl Peter Weinberger, 5023 Salzburg - Possibility of optimizing the weir regulations at the Klauswehr am Mondsee based on the study "Development of Water Managment in Flooded Areas" of December 2008 of the Office of OÖ Landesregierung - verification of the prediction of precipitation events with time horizons of 6- 24 hours in the area of the estuary of the northern Limestone Alps in the catchment area of the Mondsee - Examination of the prediction possibility of precipitation events with time horizons of 6 - 24 hours taking into account the existing precipitation measuring stations and discharge levels in or near the catchment area of the Mondsee - Opportunities and risks of a lowering of Lake Mondsee with particular attention to the subject areas to be considered - Realizability of a warning system and possibilities of control of the defense system at the Mondsee - Review of the impact of an optimized weir regulation at the Lake Attersee and the suggestions for the optimization of the Klauser ordinance at the Attersee - suggestions for optimization / adaptation of the defense system at the Fuschlsee - Creation of an implementation use - Cost estimation of implementation
