FFoQSI: COMET - Extended Toxin Analytics
Abstract
The green value chain Scientific innovations for plant derived feed and food. In the green area we focus on topics from the cultivation of plants to plant-based feed and food. We research interaction of microbial communities with plants to improve resistance against plant diseases, sensory properties of vegetables or storage suitability of crops. We investigate advanced technologies for detecting plant diseases, new ways to use plant-based by-products and innovative approaches to produce safe and nutritionally valuable plant derived foods.
