SuREmMa+ "Gemeinschaftskraftwerk Inn"
Abstract
The SuREmMa+ evaluation method considers fish and the organism group benthic-invertebrates in order to evaluate hydropeaking effects and mitigation measures. In addition, an adapted abiotic/biotic in situ monitoring concept was developed in order to assess the effects of measures in detail. The diversion power plant "Gemeinschaftskraftwerk Inn" is one of the first hydropeaking mitigation measures which is implemented in Austria. The "Gemeinschaftskraftwerk Inn" offers the possibility to validate the SuREmMa+ evaluation method and the in situ monitoring concept.
