Siberian spruce grouse project in the Amur taiga.
Abstract
The endemic Siberian spruce grouse habitat overlaps to an high extent with that of an also endemic spruce species in far east Siberia. Seasonal changes in habitat use, overwintering, reproductive strategies and chick development were studied working with 50 radio transmittered birds in the field.
