Ecological minimum flow study at river Untere Triesting including modelling of minimum flow requirements
Abstract
River Triesting between Schönau and Münchendorf in Lower Austria is morphologically altered and subejt to residual flow caused by several small power plants. The sutdiy aims at documenting the hydrological situation inlcuding fish and benthic invertebrate sampling. The data will serve as basis for modelling the resuidual flow and will propose ecologically meaningful release of residual flow.
