Development of a cost allocation model for the Wulka flood protection association
Abstract
This project aims at developing a producer oriented and realisitic cost allocation scheme for financing regional and catchment related flood protection measures, which is widely accepted by the municipalities involved. Two different accesses using different criteria concerning cost allocation will be developed, discussed with the municipal representatives and iteratively adapted based upon the feedback of the local stakeholders.
