Abstract
Survey of the economic situation of pig fattening in organic farming in Austria: Based on data delivered by the project partners key performance indicators for typical fattening systems and herd sizes will be calculated Economic effects of the conversion to boar fattening: Conduction of workshops to define scenarios of a conversion to boar fattening, definition and inquiry of the changes in revenues and costs caused by conversion to boar fattening, calculation of gross margins for the defined scenarios
