Estimation of Food Waste quantities in Austria
Abstract
Aim of the study is to evaluate and compare the results of previous Austrian studies with respect to food waste generation and compostition along the food supply chain. The findings of the literature review form the basis for identification of data gaps as well as for extrapolation in case of already completed areas. The study will be used for further decision making with respect to food waste prevention in Austria.
