Abstract:: Studies on endophytes of Juncus trifidus roots have been conducted. An analysis of isolated Aureobasidium pullulans strain is presented. Taxonomical data were confirmed by morphological and molecular data. Sequence of the ITS region has been determined and used for phylogenetic assesment.
