Pseudomonas antigens.
Abstract
Zielsetzung des Vorhabens ist die Entwicklung eines immunchemischen Markers für human-pathogene Pseudomonas Spezies auf der Basis von Strukturmerkmalen des bakteriellen Lipopolysaccharids (LPS). In Kombination mit strukturanalytischen Untersuchungen an Pseudomonas LPS soll die Art und Lokalisation der multiplen Phosphatsubstitution geklärt werden. Teilstrukturen der entsprechenden Oberflächenantigene sollen durch organisch-chemische Synthese hergestellt und in artifizielle Antigene für immun-chemische Tests übergeführt werden. Mit Hilfe der Glykokonjugate werden sodann monoklonale Antikörper induziert, nachfolgend in ihrer Epitospezifität charakterisiert und hinsichtlich Kreutreaktivität selektioniert.
