• 2023 - 2023 Dr. Hymavathi Salava is working on the INTRA project, where she analyzed physiological measurements in magnesium deficient grapevine plants. She also works on transcriptomic analysis and variant calling using Linux and R programming. Additionally, she has worked with bioinformatics tools to identify epigenetic signatures in plant species such as Arabidopsis and rice.
