Abstract
ISOfood - tracing provenance and authenticity of food Within the framework of the research project, various services are offered on the topic of authenticity and origin of food. These primarily relate to the development and application of analytical methods such as elemental and isotopic analysis as well as spectral analysis methods such as infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy or hyperspectral imaging. Furthermore, rapid screening methods are developed in this context.
