Assessment of waste prevention measures in Viennese school
Abstract
Measures to prevent food waste and to optimise separate waste collection in schools are important investemntes cocnerning awareness building in society. First pilot actions cocnerning food waste prevention in schools concentrate on food service sector and aslo first awareness building measures in classes took place. Within this project different measures and possibilities for food waste prevention are tested in classes and there efficiency concerning sustainable changes in student`s behaviour are tested.
