A case study for fisheries management at the River Mürz

Aim of the study is to sample the River Mürz in two differently managed sections and to shed light on and interpret the found fish stocks against the background of scientific findings on fisheries management. The two areas to be investigated are particularly interesting case studies due to their different forms of management throughout the last yers. The data will therefore provide insights into the effects of human caused pressure by exploitation of the stocks.
