GREENplanout - Digital project environment for green and climate resilient planning
Abstract
The aim of GREENplanout is to develop a methodological concept and a proof of concept for a web-based dashboard that enables climate-impacting, macro-ecological data for buildings and neighbourhoods in an early planning phase ("climate check") on the basis of three-dimensional building models. This enables stakeholders to implement climate-resilient planning and thus fulfil the requirements of climate change adaptation strategies, the Green Deal, the EU taxonomy, etc. Up to now, due to the high level of complexity, there is no instrument with which it is possible to make fundamental, highly complex decisions in an early phase based on simulations.
