HYFOMA (European Network for Hygienic Manufacturing of Food)
Abstract
A series of guidelines is produced and published (in English), covering the hygiene aspects of design and operation of the food chain, including e.g. handling, processing, packaging, storage and transport. A start will be made with translation of guidelines into other European languages, e.g. German, French, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, and Spanish.
