Tempus Program: Reform of the Agricultural Studies (R.A.S.) Albnia and the Kosovo (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia)
Abstract
The project aims to define the BSc programme to elaborate syllabus contents, to prepare course material, to provide teaching equipment and textbooks as well as to assist in putting into operation the start-up phase of BSc studies from the academic year 2004/2005 at Agricultural faculties of the University of Prishtina/Kosova and the Agricultural University of Tirana/Albania. A second line of the project is the institutional reorganisation of the Faculty of agriculture (FAP) of the University of Prishtina with the long-term objective to be transformed into the innovative centre for education, research, technology transfer and extension service in the field of agriculture in the Kosova. The project is coordinated by the University of Hohenheim. Together with two other partners from Spain (University of Lleida and Institut Joan Lluis Vives) the Institute of Organic Farming acts as a contractor within the project.
