„EssenZ“ – Natural Substances for a Healthy Diet
Abstract
The present project „EssenZ“, initiated by the two styrian centers Ökopark Hartberg and Innovationszentrum Ländlicher Raum (ILR), provides a basis for the establishment of an innovative network in which experts as well as commercial enterprises are involved. The aim of this network is to create and to produce functional food through the utilisation of extracted valuable substances from endemic plants. The Department of Food Science and Technology is invited to contribute to this idea.
