Preventive bioengineering strategies for the risk of woody debris
Abstract
An interdisciplinary study work will be carried out in the framework of the research project of "Floodrisk II" adressed to the issue of "preventive strategies for the risk of woody debris". The contribution of Institute of Soil bioengineering is focused on the following: - disposition of woody debris from the point of soil bioengineering - analysis of the processes of transport and sedimentation of woody debris - soil bioengineering measures against development of woody debris - potential conflicts of use in rural areas
